ACIL Approval System - AAS

Current manual approval processes face multiple challenges: inconsistent handling across
departments, limited visibility into request statuses, inadequate accountability, insufficient audit
trails, and ineffective stakeholder communication.
ACIL Approval System - AAS is designed to streamline the approval processes for payments, file
submissions, and work completions within the ACIL. The application will enable users to submit
requests for payment, work or other approval, track the status of their requests, and receive
notifications upon approval or rejection by the ‘Senior Management’.
It integrates with existing internal systems and provides a central platform for tracking and
managing approvals.
