I was looking for something with stronger dimming than my phone already had. This does that without feeling complicated. I use a mild filter while reading during lunch and a heavier one when I'm in bed. The same app works for both which is why I kept it.

I don't like filters that ruin the whole display. This one can be adjusted enough that the screen still looks normal-ish while removing the harsh glare. I mainly use it after 9 p.m, and it has made late phone use much easier on my eyes.

I love this app. Great if you have Irlens. I can make it almost the color of my lenses and overlays. I have used it for 2 years without any issues. It is worth the paid version.
