SIP STUDY

This application is meant to be used as an e-diary for the patients enrolled in the SIP study. Sip study is a randomized, double blind, multi-centered, placebo controlled study of Simvastatin in the treatment of idiopathic chronic pancreatitis.
This e-diary is designed for making the patient’s work easy as well as for the study coordinators to assess the record of patient’s health.
The e-diary contains information of the particular patient which records:
• Pain score
• Hospital admission
• Medicine taken for pain
• Any other symptoms
The Patients enrolled in the study just need to fill basic information about themselves such as patient ID number, age, gender, contact number and Site location.
