Fokus Mobile R2T

Fokus Mobile connects technicians, supervisors, and operations teams to the Fokus platform, offering a secure mobile experience for executing and monitoring field activities.

With the app, authorized users can:

• Securely access the operational portal.

• Consult, execute, and monitor field activities.

• Record evidence through photos, videos, and files.

• Receive operational alerts and updates via notification.

• Record their operational location during the workday, with authorization.

• Use biometric authentication on compatible devices.

Location and Transparency

When authorized, location data can be collected during the workday, even with the app in the background, minimized, or with the screen locked. This data is used for auditing, activity monitoring, workday control, and protection against simulated location spoofing. A permanent notification is displayed while monitoring is active.

Users can view and manage location, notification, camera, and file permissions in the device settings.

Access to Fokus Mobile

Access requires an authorized account linked to an organization that uses the Fokus platform. Public account creation is not possible directly through the application. Interested organizations can request activation through support.

Requirements:

• Authorized Fokus account.

• Internet connection.

• Permissions required for each feature used.
