2023-11-15	Wh*****	Waste of time!! The app has about 12 machines listed. Would help if they told you which machines are on the app so you know if it is worth downloading! It's re annoying since the 1st thing the Singer mySewnet tells you to do is download the 'Sewing Assistant App' from either the Play or App Stores!!! Not sure they realise what a total waste of time the app is!!?? Singer, you really need to take responsibility for your lack of basic care for your consumers & advice you give. Feedback welcome asap

2023-10-03	Gy*****	I bought a new Singer Patchwork sewing machine a few months ago. I love the machine and was excited to come across this app only to find it only lists a few machines. Since mine isn't one of them, I can't even navigate past the first page. Since the app is completely useless, I will now need to delete it. After looking through the comments I see that this problem goes back years and the app hasn't been updated in ages. Very disappointing and a waste of time.

2022-10-11	Mo*****	It has a very good guide fir most of your troubleshooting but has a limited amount of machines I'm a big fan of singer, I have a small collection and I would greatly appreciate if my more recent machines were in the app like the professional 5 or the making the cut serger or the quantum stylist

I have used a sewing machine befor but never have I done setup or other threading things. I downloaded this app for my machine and it is a game changer! It has videos and step by step instructions that are vary clear and clean to understand! Love love love this company for that! Thank you so much! I will forever by this brand!!

2022-08-21	Ni*****	This app is GREAT if your machine is one of the few listed (mine is). However, the main thing holding it back from being great is the lack of support. If you can use it, it's very useful for describing all the parts of the machine, accessories, and what settings you should use for various fabrics and stitches. Again, Singer please add more machines so more people can use this!

2022-06-15	Tr*****	My singer fashion matte 5560 isn't listed, the website instructed me to download the app for all these helpful tips and guides and literally has nothing but like 10 machines how irritating. Make an app and it don't even have all their products on it. That's pretty messed up.

This app would be so helpful to a lot of people. Singer, this app feels like it's been the beginning stages, please continue to improve this app! It could be one of a kind! Also, I am in school for software engineering. If you need any unpaid interns, I volunteer as tribute 🥺

Not one of these machines from what I could tell were computerized. Really Singer? Serve your entry model clients and ignore those who bought a premium model? I'm all for the little guy getting a high five, but this snub smacks of total suckage!!! Thanks for offering me zero perks for buying this machine. #bigregretbuyingSinger!
