2023-10-20	Ka*****	I am using huawei phone and when I want to proceed with payment using paynow, the paynow qr code is not reflected. Therefore, it makes it difficult for me to buy plants. It's not the first time that this has happened and this has been brought up to sindomall. But it seems that this is not fixed yet after the app is updated.

2023-05-29	Ni*****	Sorry I was having bad experience. The app doesn't allow me to login, repeatedly said user doesn't exist. Though everything was correctly but keep repeating the same notification. Install and uninstalled for many times still the same. Previous purchase was everything good till suddenly all this thing happened What the heck 😳

2022-12-04	St*****	Very bad experience! At first I bought from carousell & it was smooth so they ask me to download the app for an instant $2 off but it didn't come. I bought a few plants alrdy & enquired again why isn't the $2 returned & carousell sindo ask me to email instead. Emailed and the person is not aware of such and ask me for proof. And I just found out one of my plant I ordered was sold and the seller hide and try wrap mine up to send as the same plant. I'm asking for a refund on that but its not easy

Edit as of 30/11/2022 - New version of the app need some improvement, as after past few days of purchase days , we are unable to see the plants details. Also do allow us to search for seller name

I do miss the list of sellers (I have my favourites) & the smiling lady mascot with her arms full of plants. The heart feature is useful for favouriting several plants & then going to the heart screen to compare them before making a purchase. Delivery tracking & push notifications for this are very useful too.

2022-05-16	Do*****	Great job developers! App has improved tremendously since it first launched. This shows the commitment of the devs in creating and improving the overall user experience. Just one more feature that I think might be useful - allow users to click the seller's name on a sale posting and bring us straight to the seller's listings. Continue the great work you guys have been doing! 👏

But sadly, when trying to make purchases, it keeps stating that a plant is only meant to be bought in Singapore, or that a country ID is missing. However, I did indicate in my address already that I am from Singapore. As a result I cannot even purchase a single plant :( sad. I have no idea how to fix this.

2022-03-11	Re*****	You can buy plants but a few improvements needed to bring it up to a good app. Firstly back button should lead it the home screen before exiting. Secondly there is a severe lag when posting messages that may result in multiple messaging. Thirdly when making an offer there should be an option to cancel the offer. Finally, the search engine needs to be more robust and return best guess if possible. With more transactions hopefully the data can be used to provide more insights to buyers.

Payment process is also convenient . ----- Interesting swipe feature but unfriendly for users to browse. Please put in the gallery view as was in the Web version.
