Definitely my favourite job provided app I've used

The app is a great app. I however have an issue because in the business I have my employees fluctuate based on clients I have. I recently had to use the plan to track employees locations which upgraded me to a payment plan. That was great, however now that I only have 3 employees that work along side me I don't need the subscription plan that allows tracking any more. But now Im not able to downsize to free plan. I am very upset about this because I still want to use app. can some one assist

We have been using this app for roughly seven years. I would not recommend them. We are currently shopping for a new timecard platform and here is why: They offered us a FREE for life plan because we provided them a review and photos to help their business. They reached out to myself directly for this assistance. Last year they revoked it. And now they are continuously emailing us about spending more money with them. I am not a fan of doing business with company's that bait n switch.
