2024-09-19	Ry*****	I've used this app for many years. Lately, the issues with it keep getting worse. When I click on an account it repeatedly says it failed to load the account. When it finally does it rarely let's me put the account on test. Now it won't even let me look at history. Ridiculous

2024-08-18	Da*****	Login problems, have to log out to switch accounts, obviously they are not updating the app for android. Glad I switched monitoring stations and can use an app that works for almost all my other accounts

2024-07-29	He*****	Constant issues. Once I open an account I cannot back out to view another account without shutting the app down and logging in again. Also push notification has never worked

2024-06-26	De*****	The app is half functional at best. Fingerprint login option doesn't work at all. It won't let you back out of a site after you have selected it. So you have to logout each time. Should really have these things fixed as a paid app.

2024-04-28	Be*****	This app used to work great. I dont know what happened but now I cannot view reports. Ive tried more than 10 pdf readers, none work with this app. Before that, a report request would produce a report for the previous account I was looking at. To change to another account, I have to log out first. The < ,botton doesn't work on all screens anymore. Tech support says inhave to my monitoring station to work out the problems. Frustrating.

2024-03-26	Da*****	I switched my phone to S24 .the app didn't copy to the new phone so I hade to buy it again. on the new vs 4.7 I think it's not working correctly, lines on top of line .call support and they don't talk to you unless you are there customer. fingerprint nor working also
