2025-01-14	an*****	Horrible experience in Bangalore I would suggest to avoid. I recently installed this app, firstly minimum wallet recharge is 500. This is one way to hook you. Secondly from past 3 days they are not able to make the delivery. So neither am I getting the product nor am I able to refund the money. Feels like a scam. No point of having the app because even after updating the location and everything correctly there is no change. You have to manually explain the addres to delivery person.

They debit the amount from your wallet without delivering the items and when you reach out to customer care, you'll either be waiting forever to get a resolution, or they'll simply say something like the money has not been debited, when it is clearly shown that it has been in the wallet summary.

2024-11-15	Gu*****	Not a reliable service...if you report about the damaged product, they don't refund. When you call the local point of contact, they will promise about the refund. But they don't refund. Morover neither they call back nor they will pick your call later on. I don't recommend this app at all.

2024-05-29	Ke*****	The app is good, but about 3-4 months back a new bug is introduced in the code which doesn't allow us to pause subscriptions for 1 day using "going away on vacation" option. We have to put vacation of atleast 2 days. Please convey the development team to fix this. It's very useful when going away for a single day (which happens a lot)

2023-07-15	Ph*****	This is the best service I have availed. From day 1 I haven't faced any problems, the delivery system is very accurate. I have used other services too but Simply Subscribe is really one of the best & highly recommendable to every one who need their daily dairy products and all other required products at their door steps. Even the customer support is very professional & well organized. The application is also very easy to access and user friendly.

They achieved all this while still remaining super affordable and keeping the delivery charge absolutely free. I've been using this for a couple of months and not even a single day i had any issue with the service. And also the cutoff time is pretty flexible compared to other apps where you have to order within 7.30-8.pm. Also the app is super clean and minimalistic... Good job people!!!

Delivery not happened for 2 months and wallet has been charged for the subscription. No help from customer support either on call or email. They just send resolved ticket email without even contacting or providing solution. I am a new mother and I did not check what was being delivered and what not. When I noticed I have contacted them.

It is subject to availability and you won't know if that is available until the delivery happens and you find some of the items missing. 4.
