2024-10-22	*****	The app is not that interface friendly. I think there could be more option on the playbacks like 1x, 0.25, and so on. Just like in other video platforms. Also very laggy at times.

2024-09-06	LM*****	Very unintuitive ui especially the home screen and video playbacks. For the recordings, there is no navigation buttons (+5s/-5s, video scrolling/panning, etc...), no zooming of screen, and misplaced buttons (sometimes unclickable) when in landscape orientation; For the assessment tab, completed questions aren't sorted as finished (randomized among the accomplished problems upon reload) and there are always missing questions in each panel (had to reload and find it throughout the randomized list)

2024-09-05	Le*****	I was unable to finish the recorded video I'm watching due to low battery so i switched to my other device while charging but i can't view due to 1 device policy so i switched back to original device and to my surprise, i can't view now as well cause i tried to open the video in another phone. It is also the same scenario in viewing pdf files. Very annoying!!!! Kindly fix this please! It should just work like this when the file is downloaded in other device

2024-09-02	Jo*****	VERY BAD UI, Paddings are not right, textfields are horrible you could not even completely see what you are typing, SINGLE DEVICE RESTRICTION IS STUPID!!!!, why restrict a user to a single device??? I both use my phone and pc for a bigger screen and better review experience but that single device restriction is very stupid. It has the option to download preferred video resolution but they locked it to 360p??? very stupid UI decision. WOULD NOT USE THIS APP if its not required by my review center

2022-02-10	ja*****	My account is being logged out frequently. Then you cannot play the videos anymore due to multiple view restrictions, where in fact I haven't played any video yet. Also the "single device view restrictions" is a problem of this app since I only have one account logged in to a single device. So much bug on this app. Useful, yet disgusting.

2022-02-10	Jo*****	Eventhough I haven't watched the videos yet, there are some videos that are restricted and saying not allowable to watch on other devices. I only use my phone and it's very frustrating especially when you are in a hurry for your schedule.

2021-12-19	St*****	Very frustrating to use. Lots of bugs. Most of the time an error occurs when I try to open videos, notes, and assessments; even though I haven't opened them even once. I always message their Facebook page to get it fixed, but they will tell me that I have opened the videos, notes or assessments on another device, even though I don't have any other device that I use!!!

2021-06-14	Ha*****	The video stops out of nowhere. The video player is bad because you cant drag it to the exact time and theres no speed options or fast forward button. The app sometimes logout the account even if you didn't wanted to. Downloading is useless since it only limits to 5. Some lectures exceeds to 5 videos and you need to delete the first 5 if you want to continue You cant even use your pc so you need to send the printouts file to your personal account and open it to your pc so you can print it

You can't scroll properly since it can't rewind just a few seconds so on a 30min video you can't easily go back if you missed a section. Randomly gets to the download limit on some videos for no reason even if you only downloaded it once and it keeps crashing when you take exams.
