Terrible app, I can't even receive the otp for the app, I have tried up to 7 times a day, but nothing work, but I still receive otp from every other app but this one and I didn't block any of this app's permissions. Please fix this, until then only 1 star

Very bad, it just doesn't connect, I use MTN and I don't use a VPN to access the app but still it won't connect but keeps telling me not connecting and I should turn off any active VPN, when there's non, please it'll be great if you help solve the apps issue, it's not giving us what it said it does. Thank you
