Needs better instructions. I finally set one up only to realize that's not at all how they want you to do it. I also figured out the correct way. The key is to add the exercises/workout first. Once you put them in there one by one, you can link them. You're able to edit the first one. To edit the others, go back and select that exercise. Then you'll be able to edit it too. However, my first one is the default exercise with several inserts until I had the workout I want. I liked that better.

Latest update caused phone to crash/hang... I think it was the ADs it was trying to "inject" into the PAID version that was not supposed to have ads. Deleted it - Don't recommend it.
