This app is designed for the amateur maker. It simplifies the science behind turning alcohol into delicious, shelf-stable vinegar.

Vinegar is simply ethanol (alcohol) that has been consumed and processed by specific bacteria known as Acetobacter.
The process requires two key ingredients:
Alcohol (Ethanol): This comes from your wine, beer, spirit, or other alcoholic base.
Live Vinegar (Acetobacter): This is your "mother," also known as a SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast). The live vinegar is what kickstarts the conversion.
