2024-01-28	Am*****	I have some vital comments on providing the service ,but l'll settle for one now ! .. despite the good packagfying of the food items,how ever, most of the time it comes almost cold ,which made me suggested to you previously to modify the packaging boxes for the meat items (in particular) to the (foam) containers which keeps the food hot for the longest possible period and that is for now ..

2023-12-12	Ha*****	There is nothing wrong with the app itself but they don't tell you that while El Dahan has many branches, the app only works with the Tagamoa branch. I am in Maadi. The app happily accepted my order but an hour later they called me to say I wasn't in their zone and cancelled the order.

2023-06-03	Mo*****	The launch screen doesn't go away, so I can't make orders! I really don't like the new interface, it's complicated for no worthy reasons, the old - much simpler - interface was to the point, easier to make orders. Please fix the launch screen eternal loading issue!
