2024-12-04	Ja*****	Great app. But dealing with their support is useless. Currently been on a chat for over 36 hours. I provided all the info they asked prior to the agent connecting to the chat and they still keep asking me the same questions that I've already given them the info for. Response are taking up to 2hours each time. When i respond it's as if they aren't even reading what I'm writing. Quite frustrating. My issue is still unresolved and isnt even a complicated issue to understand/resolve 😮‍💨

2024-08-14	Cl*****	Almost 2 days and still no progress on getting my money. Have put wrong letter on receiving wallet, so they check and reply it was incorrect receiving wallet. Ask for a video that it is my account and transaction number, I sent it and still wating, 2 days and thier tech team cant sort it out. 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

I recently made a mistake and sent coins to an old expired address, contacted support and within 15 mins they were able to help me recover the coins. That's prompted me to write this review and give them 5 stars for absolutely fantastic service. 👍👍

It will be better if you can add an icon next to crypto currencies in the app. The website is also very simple and any newbies can even swap the coins. I accidently sent some funds to the wrong address but simple swap always transfer the amount and help me sort out the issue from their end. 100% recommended.
