Simple Staffing is the app for a specific company, this app is designed for monitoring the clients & candidates who will use this application.Their Client can be an organization which needs many candidates who will work for them in many positions with a defined rate. Candidates can apply or be assigned in any job with their related position by defining an hourly rate. Their client will give a rate to the Simple Staffing company for a specific job based on position, Company will assign candidates under those positions & give them a rate which will be defined by simple staffing Moderator. Our app provides a seamless platform to connect, communicate, and find the perfect match for both Clients & Candidates.Where moderators help to find the perfect match & monitor them.

Key Features:
Assign Candidates: Moderators can assign candidates under a published & running job.Jobs are coming based on a client with active status. Which candidate will directly add as a final candidate & can do that particular job on a particular position. Only those candidates can be assigned which are relevant with the position & available on that particular time.

Candidates Profile: Moderator can find candidates' detailed information with their status. Only the active status candidates can be assigned in a position. Also the relevant position with a particular rate which is suitable for that candidate. All those candidates' detailed information are coming from Simple Staffing Web Server where moderators are adding candidates. This is a Read only process on the app.

Client Profile: Moderator can find client detailed information with their status. Only the active status clients can have a job. Also can see the relevant position with a particular rate which is suitable for that client. All those clients' detailed information are coming from Simple Staffing Web Server where moderators are adding clients. This is a Read only process on the app.

Time Sheet: On the Timesheet moderator can see candidates' time slots under a job. It shows candidates check-in time , check-out time & Break time. Time sheet has 3 tabs. a. Running: This part shows only those days running jobs timeslots. b. Processing: This part shows previous days time slots which are not approved. c. Complete: This part Shows all the approved Timeslots. Moderators can Dispute any Time Slots on the Running & Processing tabs if that timeSlots has wrong information. Also can No show if any candidate does not come to do the job.

Invoice: This is the part for Clients based on any time range how much amount they need to pay to Simple Staffing it can be seen here. This part also reads only the process on the app. This part also has status if client has paid the invoice amount it will be on the paid tab, If client has partially paid it will be on the Partially paid part, else it will be on due Payment.If any Invoice has wrong information & gets a dispute from the client it will be on Dispute part. Its details show the time into 2 moods: regular & decimal.

Payroll: This is the part for Candidates based on any time range how much amount they will get from Simple Staffing it can be seen here. This part also reads only the process on the app. This part also has status if Simple Staffing has paid the payroll amount it will be on the paid tab, If Simple Staffing has not paid it will be on the Due Payment part. If any Payroll has wrong information & gets a dispute from the candidate it will be on Dispute part.
