2026-08-12	M *****	I never had any issue with the app until recently this past month. I have been trying to book an appointment since 7/9 and the app just spins like its loading but never does. Ive tried uninstaling the app and reloading it and it still isnt working. I then tried logged in using a secondary email and I was able to get in and make an apt. The person I was supposed to meet with then canceled my appointment because I didnt fill out new patient paperwork- when Im not a new patient. Please fix app soon
