2026-07-08	Ab*****	It was an amazing app until it wasn't. For the past few months the app won't work, it keeps saying something went. wrong and try again later. Tried everything and nothing ever resolved.

2026-07-08	Je*****	The app is clunky and problematic. Notifications stop working after a week (email, text, AND push). I open the app, and it says they're all on, but I'm still not getting notifications. The video appointments also only work through a separate app, which also sucks.

2026-07-01	Ra*****	Horrible app. Whenever I click on the notification it doesn't load and just takes me to the landing page. When I try to navigate to the message or documents from there it has the loading the circle but then never loads the next screen, so I have to exit the entire app and start over. Even if I just open the app and navigate where I need to go it doesn't let me navigate to another screen.

2026-06-30	Si*****	I use it every week for Voice Feminization Therapy with my Therapist who lives in another state,and the connection has been excellent! FYI, I'm usually on my Galaxy phone! There's multiple ways to connect, through the app, email, or a reminder text, each with links to the meeting! This has been a game changer for me, and allowed me to keep working with my Therapist, who has helped me more than anyone else could. I feel extremely blessed! Thank you 🩷

2026-06-25	Kr*****	Just got the app to today to talk with my therapist and when I went to log in it would close on me when I hit ask to join. My therapist had to send a link to me just so I can use my laptop to have my appt. Please fix the app cuz this is ridiculous
