2023-03-03	Ti*****	Avoid at all cost. Since using the services of SOP, they started okay but then things went down hill very fast. If you rely on therapeutic meds, then look elsewhere. My last prescription was ordered on the 6th feb, the prescription was finally filled on Fri 3rd March. This Pharmaceutical company also prescribe the cheapest meds so you will never receive branded meds.

2022-11-22	Ma*****	I can't in good conscience recommend this app. At first it was fine, orders were dispatched promptly with no issues. But recently there has been items missing from my prescriptions which mean I have to chase up to try and receive them. I tried using this app to make things easier for me when ordering prescriptions but if anything it's made it harder.

2021-07-31	pi*****	I am partially deaf and as I can now only order prescription items over the telephone every month was a nightmare for me. I prevaricated to the point where I was often late putting my prescription in. I joined Simple NHS and my life is so much easier. They are prompt, efficient, quick to respond and really friendly. Thanks so much, you've Improved my quality of life.

2021-05-01	Te*****	These guys are FANTASTIC. Faultless customer service, app is easy to use and their blister pack option for medications and now the ability to manage your prescriptions so you don't have to remember to reorder is a Godsend. Love it.
