2024-12-05	Ja*****	I have auto pay on but it only pays automatically after the due date, which would as a result also add the late fee to the bill. They are apparently so desperate for money.

2024-09-26	Ke*****	They charge you inconsistently and seemingly random amounts. And they also charge you a move put fee for literally no reason. I feel like this app does illegal things to try and get more money out of you. If you can, do not use SimpleBills. It is terrible.

2024-05-21	Ky*****	The app is a half-functional front for this scam of a company that you are forced to use with some properties. At my property, they pay ONLY my electric bill and charge me a rediculous amount to do it through "convenience" fees. On top of that, they set the auto draft date SUPER EARLY. This is a predatory company that is out to screw college students and other low income people over. It's not surprising that they hide their phone number. If I had the money to sue, I would.

2024-05-08	Ma*****	Shady. Simplebills is the app used for my daughter's college room water and electric bill. Last month's bill was $355. I'm pretty sure no one in the apartment is mining Bitcoin. The app doesn't show how the bill correlates to actually electrical usage and the corresponding electrical rate.

2024-02-12	Da*****	This isn't a review of the app, per say but a review of the company. With the economy how it is and rentals being 2-3 times more expensive many people are having to be roomates. Simple bills seems to have a policy where they only allow one account per single family home. Meaning, if a house you rent is built as a single family home yet you have to rent with several people only one person can pay the bill. They won't even allow you to split the bill into different payment methods.....

2023-12-04	Na*****	Any place using this app for bills is untrustworthy. Nothing has been simple about it. You dont get your actual bills at all they just tell you what to pay. No way to verify your being charged correctly for anything. AVOID at all costs.

2023-09-14	je*****	The ap it's self is ok. The company is horrible. They charged me three times in 40 days. You can't call them and ask anything because they will straight up tell you they don't know. You can't call the city to ask why your bill is so high or why you're getting them three times in one month and sometimes you don't get any bills and have to pay double the next month with no option to break it up. Then if you're 3 days late because you didn't expect 2 bills they tell your landlord...do NOT use this!

2023-04-11	Sa*****	I'm not sure why I have to pay 25 dollars to a computer to set up an account. Why does a computer need money? They I have a service fee to get the bill every month, then to view the bill, then to pay the bill. I don't want the bill in the first place. I don't have extra money to pay 3 different service fees. I am forced to use this app by my rental company. I can't wait to move.

They will continue to bill you even months after you've already moved out and despite you having paid everything. They always have an excuse or an error, but it's up to you to deal with it. Their staff always has attitudes whenever you try and contact them for help. And you cannot actually download any pdfs despite their apps saying you can. Just don't use them and save yourself the hassle & stress
