2024-02-20	Kr*****	We installeerden het systeem als B&B in 2020. De bedoeling was dat onze gasten het gebouw zouden binnenkunnen zonder dat wij thuis hoefden te zijn. Het systeem werkt al vanaf het begin niet. Ondertussen werd een klavier vervangen, waardoor het probleem eventjes van de baan was. Men blijft zeggen dat dit door ons internet komt, maar ook de app voor Key4Friends werkt niet. Een systeem faalt, wij geraken vaak zelf niet meer binnen en er moet altijd iemand thuis zijn.

2020-06-09	do*****	It often detects Internet connection incorrectly leaving you locked out. Full of bugs and quite awful. Several people at my office had issues and after weeks and reports they were not fixed and the clear coding error in the app was not rectified. Not reliable by any stretch

2020-03-03	A *****	The app often fails to open the lock. The requests are super slow and it gets frustrating when you use it multiple times a day and just get locked out for a minute or two. Also the interface is locked between requests which is also frustrating when you can see that it is failing.
