SimonPOS

SimonPOS gives merchants one place to run checkout, manage orders, accept supported payments, and keep service moving.

Create walk-up orders, receive online orders, review active orders, and update order status from a tablet-friendly workspace. Connect compatible receipt and kitchen printers, reprint tickets when needed, and monitor queued print jobs directly from the app.

Use SimonPOS to accept cash and supported card payments, manage pickup and delivery orders, search order and transaction history, and review sales reports. Merchants can also manage online-ordering availability, service hours, and active locations from the POS.

SimonPOS works with the SimonPOS Manager portal to keep merchant settings, menus, locations, ordering availability, and device information synchronized. Built-in status indicators help staff monitor internet connectivity, printers, payment terminals, active orders, and synchronization.
