2022-03-27	St*****	Waste of time. None of the rewards ever work. Annoying and embarrassing at the till. Puts me off going into a Simmons bakery at all. Either fix (as this has been the case for some time) or get rid of having an app.

2020-07-18	Pa*****	Pointless app, none of the "rewards" work when scanned in store and I had to pay for everything I ordered that should have been free. All I was told by the Hertford branch staff was that its a new app. None of them knew what to do to sort it. Didn't even seem like they knew how to accept anything via the app. If you're going to release an app make sure your staff know how to use it first!
