2021-07-04	Ri*****	Serious issues with saving interior 360 videos. Error message days "Error, Device is busy!" I have downloaded the app on multiple devices and the error still persists. Ricoh Theta camera is up to date and works perfectly. So the camera is not the issue. Assist urgently!
