Kronologi Saya mengambil uang cardless, otp masuk lalu di layar ada tulisan MAAF blablabla layar kembali ke layar awal pas sebelum ada transaksi apapun. Saya menunggu kurang lebih 1-2 menit. Lalu saya ke motor ada notif email ini bahwa transaksi berhasil. Tetapi pas di cek lagi uang tidak keluar saldo terpotong. Mohon untuk segera ditindak lanj
