Recent reviews

App is a slow, frustrating, inconsistent experience. Unclear what's available and when, unless you do a lot of trial dates and times, and even then it takes awhile for a possibly reliable result. Requested a drop off and pick up of vehicle in app, then reached out to customer support after no response and they had no idea one had been made, again asking me for reservation time and address. Once I contacted a human, things went incredibly smoothly. App's poor performance almost had me give up

New app won't launch. I just see a spinning circle. I travel to LA often but there are no easy places to rent from. I really miss the SilverCar rental at LAX. Maybe they could bring it back when the central car rental building opens this summer?
