The iOS version (used on our iPads at work) for the most part is just fine, with occasional glitches here and there. The Android version for my Pixel 9 Pro (and previously on my Pixel 6 Pro) has not let me get past the login screen for MONTHS. I enter my email and it just spins saying it's loading forever, so I end up using my phone's hotspot to sign a customer out with the iPad if I'm doing a remote delivery. Over the summer I had no issues, but now the app is a waste of space on my phone.
