The Bluetooth Mesh by Silicon Labs is a versatile demo application designed for Android devices to facilitate Bluetooth mesh networking. It enables users to provision Bluetooth mesh capable devices and integrate them as nodes into a Bluetooth mesh network seamlessly.

Beyond provisioning, the app supports comprehensive configuration of mesh models, including publish and subscribe settings, as well as grouping of nodes. It features implementations of light and lightness models, allowing users to control Bluetooth mesh nodes implementing these models. The application leverages the Bluetooth mesh networking stack from the GATT bearer up to the mesh model layer, utilizing the native Android Bluetooth stack for LE GATT connections with proxy feature-enabled nodes.

Provisioning failed on some Android devices. Tested on Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (model SM-P613), Galaxy Tab A8 (model SM-200), Redmi 13C and many others. In all these cases application fails on provisioning at adding AppKey stage. It shows error "Foundation error: 0xFE: Timeout" at the first attempt and shows "Stack error 0x0002: Invalid state" on any further Retry. Works well on most of the Samsung phones. Older application versions, being still unstable, were able to complete provisioning succesfull
