Remisio is your private journal designed for self-monitoring the course of ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease. The app is solely for self-reporting symptoms, helping patients prepare an accurate summary of their health history for their scheduled doctor's appointment. The tool is intended for personal use and does not offer telemedicine features or the ability to directly contact a doctor.

Within the app, you can use a quick symptom journal to record pain, bowel movements, and overall well-being, as well as view trend analysis that visualizes your health history over time. Remisio also allows you to maintain a medication schedule with the option of setting custom dose reminders, and a simple meal and weight log.
