This app lets users calculate the volume of standing trees using the successive log cubing method. It allows measurements of diameters at various heights and calculates tree volume based on camera perspective and horizontal distance. Diameters are measured using the camera perspective and horizontal distance, while height is calculated by deriving the angle and horizontal distance using the gravity sensor.

On your first use, you’ll be prompted to calibrate your device, with detailed instructions provided in the user guide. After initial calibration, you’ll continue using pre-calibrated parameters, but we recommend periodically verifying the results for accuracy.

We recommend using a tripod for increased accuracy.
