The company doesn't have a secure way of account protection given the numerous BUGS that this game has that causes you to lose your account and what's worse is their customer service. Once you reach out you'll have to wait a year for them to notice your matter unless it's an order or money issue. Imagine, all your HARD WORK reduced to NOTHING!!!
