Accessible only by invitation from Allianz or its partners through SMS or email, the app offers advanced features like HD audio, two-way drawing, live remote pointers, pause video, photo capture, and annotation tools. User data and images are accessed and processed strictly with explicit consent and adhere to relevant data protection regulations and Allianz's privacy policies, ensuring both convenience and security throughout the claims process.
