Delegent AI: Your AI Coworker

Delegent AI is your connected AI coworker: a personal AI assistant that works in the apps you already use and takes the boring everyday jobs off your hands.

Just ask in plain English, by typing or by voice: "sort out my inbox", "find me a hotel in York for Saturday", "write to my landlord about the boiler".

WHAT IT DOES
- Email assistant: reads, sorts and summarises your inbox so you can see what needs you, and drafts replies in your tone for you to approve
- Travel: finds and compares flights, hotels and things to do, with prices and links to book
- Life admin: letters and complaints, price checks before you buy, and local tradespeople with reviews and opening hours
- Documents: invoices, quotes, letters and itineraries as PDFs to download or send
- Your calendar: checks what is on and helps you plan the week
- Answers from the live web: search, news, weather and local places, with the sources
- Bills and receipts: photograph one and it explains what it says
- Remembers you: your preferences, the people you deal with and how you like things done

WHO IT IS FOR
Anyone buried in everyday admin, and sole traders and the self-employed who want an AI secretary for the emails, letters, bookings and paperwork without hiring one.

CONNECTED TO YOUR APPS
Connect 35 popular apps for email, calendars, cloud storage, documents and spreadsheets, team chat, projects, accounting, online shops and social media. Most connect by signing in on the app's own website, so we never see your password, and you can disconnect any app at any time. Flights, hotels, weather, news and web search are built in, with nothing to set up.

YOU STAY IN CONTROL
Anything that sends, posts, deletes or spends waits for your yes, and shows you exactly what will happen first. It never books or pays for anything itself: you make the booking through the link.

TALK, HANDS-FREE
Open Talk and have a conversation out loud, with minutes included every month.

ONE SIMPLE PLAN
Your first month is free. After that it is one monthly plan with a generous allowance, enough for hundreds of requests. If you ever run out, top up in the app or wait for next month. Cancel any time.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your conversations are never used to train AI models, and app connections are held encrypted, never in your chat. AI can make mistakes, so check anything important. See our Privacy Policy.
