Forge: Workout Tracker

Forge is a free workout tracker and gym log built for the gym floor. Open it, tap your next set, log the weight and reps, and get on with your session.

LOG IN SECONDS
- Log sets, reps and weight in a few taps, in pounds or kilograms
- A rest timer starts after each set; add or trim 15 seconds, or skip it
- Build workouts from a library of exercises, or add your own
- Type a quick log in plain words and Forge turns it into sets

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
- Estimated one-rep max and session volume charts show how each lift is moving
- Your records page keeps your best numbers in one place
- Your history stays with your account, and you can export it whenever you want

PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD, PLANNED
- Your next workout, set up from what you have actually lifted
- Training programs built around your goal, equipment and days per week
- Swap an exercise and keep the plan balanced
- A short plain-language reason behind every suggestion

MEET FORGE
Your training is shown by Forge, a fictional illustrated character, not a real person. As you log more sessions, Forge changes through four illustrative stages. Illustrative stages · results vary.

Forge has no ads and no tracking. You can delete your account and all of its data from Account in the app.

Forge shares general fitness information, not medical advice. Talk to a professional before starting a new training program.
