Spotxel® Reader

Spotxel® Reader is a free, feature-complete app for image-based colorimetric analysis of microplates.
Capture a microplate image with a camera or open an existing image, align the well grid, select the measured color channel, and quantify signals across the plate. Define standards and unknown samples, calculate a standard curve, derive unknown concentrations, review well-level data, and export assay results.

Spotxel® Reader 3.3 introduces a redesigned user interface, multiple color profiles and appearance modes, workspace folders, camera device selection, microplate grid settings, expanded Image Tools and Grid Tools, and automatic grid alignment as a beta feature.
All analysis features are available in the free version. The free version includes a small advertising placement. Optional purchases remove advertising and are available as a Perpetual License or a 3-Month Subscription.
