Always getting late delivery 2hrs passed the time slot. 4hrs passed after my orders still not arrived. called the outlet and they said out for delivery 2hrs ago. Now they changed my delivery slot from 10-11am to 3pm without asking me. Horrible. ordered at 8:50am. no breakfast no launch, will arrive for dinner time.

Very disappointing online shopping experience with Shwapno Mogbazar. I ordered vegetables, fruits, meat, and other products at around 8:00 AM, with the app/website promising delivery between 11:00 AM–12:00 PM. However, my order arrived after the evening. The vegetables were not fresh, the delivery charge was very high, and my order was incomplete. I ordered 12 eggs but received only 10, and one other product was completely missing. I strongly recommend avoiding Shwapno’s online shopping.
