My experience with this app has been very positive. I've seen real improvement in the number of pull-ups I can do. Just be honest when following the program. If you can't complete the number of sets given for the day, be honest with how many you can do. It'll make you repeat the same number the next day, but eventually you'll be able to complete these and move on to the next step. Stay motivated!
