2025-01-15	Ay*****	These guys are worst, if there is any other word than worst they are the ones. They don't verify drivers, their services are poor, the customer care service don't pick calls or respond to chats. Their prices too much. I'm sure when there is a competition, which I know will come soon, will make them buckle up. I can't imagine have one or two issues and it cannot be resolved. Shuttlers fix your issues, give your clients premium service and not just focus on profit.

2024-12-10	Ch*****	I had a terrible experience. Stood at the bus stop for almost 2 hours before my bus arrived. I don't recommend if you are sick and unwell, or if you have to get to your destination on time. Also, the distance from where I was to the bus stop was really far. Will I try this again? No! Will I recommend to someone I love? No!! I'd rather jump buses or order an Uber than this.

2024-08-19	Od*****	First time using the platform and it wasn't a pleasant experience. First of all the vehicle wasn't cleaned. Secondly the bus broke down in the middle of 3MB with the driver struggling to replace the tire and afterwards the bus refused to start. Passengers in the vehicle had to push so the driver could jumpstart the bus. Now the air-conditioning has been turned off because the driver says the battery needs to charge for a bit. You guys need to sort out your SOP to remain relevant.

2024-08-15	Da*****	Displeased. Your team sent a notification about faulty vehicles 30 minutes after the trip was supposed to have started...waited over 1 hour, no provision was made. What's the point of using your service when I get home so late because the driver goes not use the fastest route.
