Shuttle4u Driver

Shuttle4u Driver is the companion app for drivers operating shuttle and bus routes with Shuttle4u. Accounts are issued by Shuttle4u or your operating partner — this app is not for booking trips as a passenger.

What you can do
• See the routes and trips assigned to you at a glance.
• View pickup and drop-off stops on the map and navigate to them with Google Maps.
• Start and complete trips with a single tap.
• Stream your live position to passengers who have booked your route so they know when you will arrive.
• Stay in sync with operations through real-time updates over a secure connection.

Location use
Shuttle4u Driver collects your device's precise location (GPS) — including in the background while you are driving an active route — in order to:
• Show your position on the map and guide you along your route.
• Share your real-time location with passengers tracking their trip.
• Let Shuttle4u operations monitor active trips and respond to issues.

While you are driving an active route, the app continues to update your position even when the screen is locked or another app is in front, so passengers can track you accurately. Location data is sent to Shuttle4u's servers and to Google Maps. You can revoke location access at any time from your device settings.

Privacy and security
All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your data for advertising. The full Privacy & Terms are available inside the app from the login screen and from the profile menu.

Eligibility
Shuttle4u Driver is intended only for licensed drivers aged 18 or over who have been authorised by Shuttle4u or a partner operator. If you are a passenger looking to book shuttle trips, please install the Shuttle4u app instead.
