📅 CALENDAR VIEWS

PlanIt offers four different views so you always have the perfect overview:

• Day View – Your day at a glance with an hourly timeline. All-day appointments appear clearly at the top, while time-sensitive appointments are displayed in an hourly grid. Holidays are highlighted with a colored banner.

• Week View – Seven days at a glance. Identify weekly patterns and plan ahead. Holidays are marked in red in the header.

• Month View – The classic calendar view with colored dots for your appointments. Holidays are clearly highlighted.

• Year View – All twelve months at a glance. Tap on a month to jump directly to the month view.

✏️ MANAGE APPOINTMENTS

Create and edit appointments quickly and easily:

• Title, date, time, location, and notes

• All-day appointments – activate the "All Day" toggle for appointments without a time

• Categories – assign colors to appointments for a quick visual overview

• Recurrences (Pro) – daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly

• Attachments (Pro) – attach photos and documents directly to appointments

Never forget a birthday again! The integrated birthday planner:

• Manage the birthdays of friends and family
• Displays age and countdown in days
