User reviews are mixed. Some users find the app easy to use and helpful for scheduling showings, with positive feedback like 'great experience' or 'good app.' However, many repeatedly encounter onboarding problems: creating/logging into accounts, password verification loops, and login failures. Notification delivery is often unreliable, and the setup/UI can be confusing. Occasional crashes or 'doesn't work' experiences also appear. Overall, the app shows potential, but onboarding reliability and notification reliability are major pain points for a majority of users.

Recent reviews

Sessions expire very frequently, requiring logins, and guess who doesn't support OAuth? SMS/email notifications routinely arrive hours late, and at different times for different users in the same household for the same event. The UI/UX is about 15 years behind the times, looks and feels really clunky. Poorly wrapped web-app so none of the normal Android interactions work as you'd expect. Really poor UX. I'll take points off any brokerage that forces its customers to use an app like this one.
