PBH Asset

PBH Asset is the official app of PBH Asset Management Sdn Bhd for crews, contractors and managers responsible for road maintenance. The app is specially designed for field work — easy to use, works even in areas without internet coverage, and stores GPS evidence and photos for each activity.

KEY FEATURES

• Create maintenance activity reports (Cleaning, Repair, Patrol, Maintenance, Reporting, Construction, Inspection) with automatic location tagging.
• Road inspection schedule for Inspectors — daily task list, inspection forms, and defect records with photos.
• Complete work orders with step-by-step guides: materials, equipment, workers, weather, and before/during/after photos.
• Real-time GPS tracking for Patrol and Inspection activities — routes are saved directly to the server.
• Upload evidence photos with automatic watermarks: date, time, GPS coordinates, and user.
• Safety checklist (toolbox briefing) before starting work.
• Vendor RFQ management and emergency activities.
• Role support: Manager, Contractor, Crew, and Road Inspector.

WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET

• All activity data, photos, and forms are stored locally with encryption.
• Automatic upload when internet connection is restored.
• Tamper-proof offline queue — no data is lost even if the app is closed.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

• Authentication tokens and sensitive files are stored with AES-256 encryption.
• Photos are encrypted on the device before uploading.
• Location and gallery permissions are explained in the app — you can turn them off at any time.
• Privacy settings in the app allow you to control:
– GPS extraction from photo EXIF
– GPS coordinates display in watermarks
– Location usage for activities
• All communication with the server via HTTPS/TLS.

ROLE SUPPORT

• Manager — full view of all activities, report validation, team management, and administration modules.
• Contractor — create and update activities under approved contracts.
• Crew — perform daily tasks, upload photos, mark as completed.
• Road Inspector — schedule specific inspections, record defects, and report inspections.

REQUIREMENTS

• PBH Asset account registered by your organization’s administrator.
• Internet connection for first-time login and periodic sync.
• Location permission (GPS) for field activity tracking.
• Camera or gallery permission for uploading evidence photos.
