I used the Shop Runner app without any issues until today. The logo page pops up however it doesn't do anything afterwards. The app developer needs to address this issue asap.

Users appreciate having multiple retailers in one place and mention discounts and order tracking as useful features. However, recurring complaints include login and CAPTCHA failures, an unreliable app experience, inconsistent order tracking and delivery information, and limited or changing store availability.

- Some users find it useful for finding discounts and tracking ShopRunner orders.
Cons
- Sign-in and account access often fail, with users reporting email or password errors and CAPTCHA problems.
- The app has recurring technical and usability issues, including loading failures, crashes, and shopping features that do not work reliably.
- Order tracking and delivery information can be unreliable, with missing tracking updates, incorrect delivery statuses, or delayed packages.
- Store availability is limited or inconsistent; some users say their stores do not accept ShopRunner or are not listed.

They need to update their app if stores no longer accept shoprunner. I've run into this multiple times. The latest with chicos.

I rate this good experience because of the fact that I had never used but once I get to order some for the first time than I'll be happy with my order once it becomes my first time ordering stuff and receiving it for the first time well enough I'll rate this as good explanation and good customer service feedback experience.
