I placed my order 1 day before diwali, and confirmed over the phone that will get my courier post diwali, 5 6 days later they got in a mood to call and tell me that they can't send me the courier because their dispatch team has gone out of stock, it wasn't till I ordered, which means they should keep my order qty aside, then they started giving excuse that they can't deliver from ghatkopar to Kalyan. Words are less. Can't type full here.
