User Reviews

Users appreciate easy cashback via receipt scans, fast payouts, and broad supermarket coverage with some freebies. However, persistent issues include blank front pages, buggy updates, a high £10 withdrawal minimum plus inactivity fees, a decline in offers, poor support, and convoluted navigation after UI changes, leading to a mixed overall experience.

Pros

Easy to use with a simple cashback process via receipt photo/scan
Fast cashback payout (often within 24 hours)
Works across major supermarkets / broad store coverage
Offers and freebies available to try new products

Cons

Front page/home screen and offers tab are frequently blank or unusable due to updates/bugs
High cashout minimum (£10) and inactivity/maintenance fees
Offers have declined and are less valuable now with fewer worthwhile freebies
Customer support is often criticized as unresponsive or unhelpful
UI/navigation changes (e.g., removal of the offers tab) make finding deals harder and less practical

Recent reviews

it used to be great when you could filter per store, now it is harder to navigate - you have to click on each individual product to see which store you can buy it in - and so I use it a lot less because I'm always in such a hurry!
