Pengguna menghargai kemudahan UI, promo, dan ketersediaan produk digital di Mitra Shopee, serta manfaatnya untuk usaha. Namun beberapa masalah konsisten muncul: top-up/transaksi tidak masuk, performa aplikasi tidak stabil (loading/force close), masalah login setelah ganti perangkat, dan kendala transfer dengan kurangnya transparansi biaya. Pros

Antarmuka yang nyaman dan mudah digunakan (UI mudah, penggunaan yang ramah).
