2025-01-23	Am*****	There are a lot of hassles for booking this.They ask for payment upfront and if they are unable to provide the cab, you need to run around and constantly follow up for your refund.In times where UPI is instant, they will make simply give you a reverse transaction ID for you to follow up with your bank.

2024-12-21	Sa*****	A very premium hassle free user experience. The flight was delayed and I was unable to get a recheduled slot via app. I called Shoffr and they took care to reschedule the booking without charging any extra. Definitely worth it!

2024-12-19	Sc*****	I decided to try Shoffr to book an airport transfer from KIA T1 to my home around 2:45 am (booked the ride for 4:50 am) The price was competitive and I was sold instantly. However, the moment I paid, my ride was declined with no concrete reason provided. If a certain conditions are required before reserving a ride, please mention it clearly before the booking. Such experiences only make potential users anxious and cautious. The refund arrived quickly so that's a plus. Still very disappointed.
