2025-01-27	Mr*****	Don't use there service. It was my first time shipping a parcel and they kept on delaying the pick up. They delayed it for more than a week which would have been longer till i cancelled my shipment. The customer service was equally unhelpful throughout this 🙂.

2025-01-25	SO*****	Anyone who wants to get bothered and waste a lot of time should contact Shiprocket. Very bad service. Terrible customer care. Parcel lost ratio 30 to 40 percent I sent 7 parcels through Siprocket and 2 of my parcels got lost. When you contact customer care, you have to wait for 1 to 2 hours and the problem cannot be solved by these people. Those who have a lot of time and a lot of money should contact Ship Rocket, it will waste your money Thank you 😊

2025-01-24	Th*****	Awful experience. I have been trying to get my order picked up for delivery for 3 days and it still hasn't happened. I call the support team and they promise me that the order will be picked up on the same day but nothing happens. Awful service and god awful support. Never using this app again!

2025-01-22	Cr*****	Pathetic service. By mistake I placed an order and immediately I did cancel. But the amount got deducted. I connected with customer care but still I have not received my refund. Every time the executive provide 3-4 days timeline. But they haven't refunded my money yet.

2025-01-22	Ja*****	Wost service. App doesn't allow Cash on Delivery, u should have balance in their wallet. Tracking is fraud, ur parcel even if not picked it begins, and Even the rider will not pick calls not even the Support team can reach them at the time of tracking. It's been 3 months my wallet money still not received inspite calling 10-14 times, even after their assurance that they would refund. Ur money ships like Rocket in their account. Think before putting ur money in their wallet account.

Neither deliver, nor update and didn't pick up my call as well. Tomorrow probably the person is on leave, and the updated delivery date shows as Tuesday, that is delayed by 2 days. And the shameless application says on time.

Till the shipment status is out for pick up, one cannot cancel it or reassign it. And they update the status after 10 pm. One of their courier partner ekart logistics' pick up person asked me to come to a red light close to the pick up address. I waited 7 days for a shipment to be picked up, reassigned once and all their support agents do is promise me it will be done today wait till day end.
