2026-07-26	Je*****	I have had machines charge me full price to start a washer and when it started it was at the end of a previous cycle ( spin cycle) when that finished, it started all over please add 2.75 I just did! Now, there is apparently a price increase on the dryers although the machine still shows 1.75 and the app kept telling me I didn't have enough funds, I added more still not enough WTH?! I cannot stand this BS....time to start taking my laundry to an actual laundromat!

2026-07-25	li*****	They charge u a fee when u deposit money n then they charge u more than the machine price is. landlord never said anything so I'm assuming they took it upon themselves to just charge more. thank God I have a washer now.
