Very disappointing experience. I paid ₹9,500 as a registration fee to Kul Vriksh for my family genealogy and gotra information. However, after taking the payment, they neither provided my gotra details nor shared my family lineage (vanshavali). Instead, they demanded an additional ₹10,000 to continue the process. I strongly advise people to be cautious before using this app/service
