Shikshak Masik

Shikshak Masik is a Nepali-language monthly magazine launched in 2008 to inform, educate, and motivate more than 200,000 public school teachers throughout Nepal. Aimed especially at teachers in rural areas, the magazine offers essential knowledge and skills to support childhood development both inside and outside the classroom. With 72 pages per issue, it covers education policies, teacher organizations, in-depth topical articles, inspirational stories, and opinion pieces, serving as an intellectual resource fostering professional growth and quality education.

The magazine also features interactive digital capabilities including user logins, article bookmarking, notifications for breaking news, and the ability to write and publish articles. Shikshak Masik serves as a platform for healthy debate among teachers, students, parents, and policymakers, helping to broaden the vision and deepen the commitment of Nepal’s educators during times of national transition.
